Who are you building your product/service for, and what painful problem are you taking away from their day?

We built BridgeWise for both institutional and individual investors worldwide. Investors today are overwhelmed by fragmented, complex financial data that is difficult to understand and trust.

BridgeWise removes that friction by translating market, equity, fund, and fixed income data into clear and explainable insights, delivered in local languages with regulatory alignment. We help financial institutions empower their investors to make confident, informed decisions without needing deep technical or financial expertise.

If a top-tier VC is reading this, what would you want them to understand about your company in 30 seconds?

BridgeWise is not a generic AI company. We build vertically first and focus on finance expertise and compliance as part of our core mandate.

Already serving over 50 institutions and 25 million users globally, we offer investors trust and explainability on a global scale.

What are you doing differently than your competitors?

We built BridgeWise specifically for financial markets from day one, with explainability, compliance, and transparency embedded. This is different from most other AI providers that use generic models and try to adapt them for the highly regulated world of finance.

We also designed the platform to work globally across languages and regulations, not just for one market. This depth, regulatory alignment, and purpose-built approach is hard to replicate but easy to underestimate in the era of mega LLMs.

How did you meet, and why have you partnered with each other on this business?

(Answer by Gaby Diamant, CEO) I have been close friends since childhood with BridgeWise’s co-founder and CPO, Mor Hazan. Our CBO and COO, Dor and Or Eligula, are twin brothers from an entrepreneurial family and I first met them after pitching a startup idea to their father prior to BridgeWise. Although the timing wasn’t right for that venture, he was impressed, and soon after, the four of us teamed up to build a technology startup. That collaboration ultimately led to the creation of BridgeWise.

What was the “this has to exist” moment that made you start the company?

The moment when we saw how even professionals struggled to process growing volumes of structured (and unstructured) financial data, it became clear that investment intelligence had to become more accessible and explainable to everyone, and that that would require specialty, verticalized AI.

How do you make money? Which part of your business model are you most excited about scaling?

We operate a SaaS model, working directly with financial institutions and trading platforms. We’re excited to continue reaching more investors worldwide as we partner with industry leaders, including Rakuten Securities, SIX, eToro, and others.

Which proof points matter most right now?

Scaling our partnerships and integrations with exchanges, banks, and global financial institutions is of high importance. These partnerships allow us to reach millions of investors and to see the real-world impact of our technology.

We are also excited about developing strategic collaborations. For example, our recent partnership with Ultumus significantly expanded our global ETF intelligence coverage and data depth.

How does your product/service make the world a better place?

BridgeWise helps democratise investing by reducing barriers to information. Our solutions, like Bridget™, make complex financial data understandable and transparent to empower investors.

Explainable AI helps build trust, improve financial literacy, and support better decision making, contributing to fairer access and wealth creation.

What’s been your biggest unexpected challenge so far, and what did it force you to learn quickly?

Our biggest unexpected challenge came before BridgeWise officially launched, when our core algorithm was tested during extreme COVID market volatility. Markets were moving nearly 5% daily, and during a month when global markets fell around 30%, our model held and delivered a positive return of about 6%.

This challenge reinforced the importance of conviction and resilience in the model and how critical it is to build technology that can perform under unexpected stress.

What does success look like in 12 months? What about in 5 years?

In a year’s time, we’d like to see more than 2.5 million investors using our new AI wealth agent.

Five years from now, we envision BridgeWise becoming the go-to platform for everything related to AI for wealth – for retail, wealth managers, RIAs, and for both buy side and sell side analysts.

What type of partner or collaborator would most accelerate your journey right now? (If relevant, which roles are you hiring for?)

We’d love to build meaningful partnerships with some of the great finance super-apps, like Revolut.
